1. YOUR COMMITMENT
When you book a Tamie Mums program available for purchase on our website (www.tamiemums.com) (Program), you are booking and committing to the entire Program term. We understand life with a newborn can be unpredictable, but as a small business with limited spaces, we need to plan and cover our costs.
2. WHO DOES THIS POLICY COVER?
This policy covers Tamie Pty Ltd (ABN 46 693 115 374) t/a Tamie Mums (we, us and our).
3. WHO DOES THIS POLICY APPLY TO?
This policy applies to all customers who book and pay for a Program with us (you and your).
4. CANCELLATIONS, NON-ATTENDANCE & PARTIAL ATTENDANCE BY YOU
You may cancel your booking and receive a full refund if you notify us in writing at least 7 days before the Program term commencement date, by emailing tamara@tamiemums.com.
Once the Program term has commenced, no refunds, credits or make-up sessions are available for cancellations, absences or partial attendance by you, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law.
5. CANCELLATIONS OR RE-SCHEDULING BY US
If we cancel the entire Program, you will receive a full refund.
In the event we have to cancel a session within the Program we will do our best to reschedule the session.
If the Program is significantly rescheduled and you cannot, or do not wish to attend, you may request a refund or credit.
Refunds will be provided to the extent required by law. Any additional or exceptional refund requests will be considered at our discretion.
6. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW RIGHTS
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
