Each Mums & Bubs Yoga session is designed to support your body, mind, and your connection with your baby. Here’s what you can look forward to:
Gentle yoga: 45 minute gentle yoga session for you and your baby to stretch, strengthen and bond.
Cold drink: Relax and connect for 15 minutes after your yoga session and enjoy a complimentary cold drink and chat with other mums.
Equipment: Yoga mats and blocks are provided but please bring a towel to lay on top.
Connections: Catch up with the same mums and bubs every week.
